We will be having our traditional Pork Dinner
with all the trimmings.
Cost is $15.00
The Italian Heritage Band will be performing
after dinner with wonderful Christmas music
to get you in the Holiday mood.

Since 2007, the Italian Heritage Center supported
Operation Holiday Cheer at it’s annual Christmas party. OHC provides
a holiday gift to the children of Maine‘s military families in a show of
appreciation for the bravery and sacrifice of these children that share
their parent to defend our country. OHC resulted in the distribution of
over 8,000 gifts to over 140 cities and towns throughout the State of
Maine. Again this year, we are proud to help support this program and
are asking our members to donate NEW toys or make a financial
donation to help make this program a success. Please bring NEW
UNWRAPPED TOYS to the Adult Christmas Party that is being held on
December 20th. If you have any questions, please call Cammy Reali at

Doors open at 4:00 p.m.

An Italian buffet will be at 5:00 p.m. for $15 per person.

Dinner is optional but reservations are needed.

Turkeys, Hams and Pork Roasts will be raffled
off. Turkey Shoot starts at 6:00 p.m.

IHC Children’s Halloween Party 2011

Scary and Friendly costumes were seen at the 2011 IHC Children’s Halloween Party!  Fun day was had by all.  The kids had fun in a moon bounce.  They ate lunch (hot dogs and fries), decorated cookies and cupcakes with Halloween sprinkles and frosting. There was also a coloring table.  The kids had a Halloween Parade and played musical chairs, all to Halloween music.

Fun was ghoulishly had by all at the IHC Halloween Party in La Cantina Friday night (10/28)!  Spookaraoke music by Ron White. Congratulations to Karen Pacillo for winning Best Costume.   Here are some pictures…

Trip to New York City for the San Gennaro Feast

83rd ANNUAL FEAST OF SAN GENNARO IN NYC
Sept. 16-19, 2010

The price for this trip will be $575 per person. It includes your transportation down and back, hotel for 3 nights and baggage (1 bag each), tip for the bus driver, lunch on the way down along with beverage. There will also be a 4 Hr Tour of the City. I will give you more details as they become available. Please call Cammy @ 939 8570 to reserve a seat. $100. deposit for trip due on or before May 1, 2010. Seats will be assigned as deposit is received.

On Thursday, March 11, 2010
Timothy O’Brien (Marina) came to our
Italian Heritage Center to demonstrate how to
make pasta. We got to sample it too!!!

Tim was very excited to come to talk about the making of PASTA. He is the owner of Ancora Pasta.
Tim is Italian, don’t let the name O’Brien fool you~~  He has filled out his IHC application and will be a member soon.
